Rehabilitation Aide

Overview

Rehabilitation Aide at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, CA. This position is Part time and will work 8-hour, Day shift.

The position implements specified portions of treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of physical therapy. Demonstrates proficiency in delivering care to the assigned age-specific patient population (e.g., infants, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, and pediatrics) and participates in related continuing education. Functions as an interdisciplinary team member and provides assistance to co-workers, patients, and visitors as needed.

Required Qualifications

• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• Coursework/Training:
  Post High School Vocational/Specialized Training.
• 1 year of experience in an acute care hospital setting.

Posted are the minimum and maximum wage rates for this position. The successful candidate’s placement on the wage range will be determined based on relevant experience and other factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available (e.g., shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonuses).
