CSLOT is seeking exceptional Behavior Technicians to join our therapy team.

$23.00/hr – $27.00/hr

In this hourly, non‑exempt, part‑time position you will be an integral part of the therapy team, working directly with children and families.

• Empower children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families to reach their full potential.
• Measure each client’s progress and monitor the effectiveness of treatment plans by collecting and evaluating data.
• Provide ABA services in a clinical and/or in‑home setting.
• Collaborate with BCBA’s and peers to review clients’ progress and implement new programs based on milestones reached.
• Implement programs created by BCBA with fidelity, compassion and quality.
• Meet monthly virtually for professional development and training.

• Passionate about helping children on the spectrum and seeing their progress and growth.
• Adaptable and able to build rapport with children/individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Commitment to working flexible part‑time after‑school/evening schedules.
• Preferred: Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or other behavioral/developmental deficits.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of professionals and parents.
