Home Health Physical Therapists (PT) provide personalized care to patients in their homes, focusing on improving mobility, managing pain, and enhancing overall physical function. They assess patients’ needs, design tailored treatment plans, and conduct therapies to promote recovery and well‑being within the comfort of home settings.
