The Stepping Stones Group is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician for a Substitute, school-based position in Fremont, CA! The Substitute RBT will be part of our on-site Intensive Behavioral Student Services team and will serve to lead, inspire, and support students through individualized behavioral programs. This is an as-needed position, and applicants can expect to work a part time schedule of up to 15 hours per week with the potential to move to full-time.
What We're Looking For
* Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
* CPI Blue Card or willing to obtain
* At least 1 year of experience implementing behavior intervention plans with students with special needs in home or school settings
* Experience with school-based interventions highly preferred but not required
What You'll Do
* Implement behavior plans and and IEPs
* Support classroom and individual student needs
* Provide direct services under the direction of the BCBA
* Respond to crisis intervention
* Communicate with school and district staff
