Key Responsibilities:
* Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing treatment plans designed to improve patients' abilities to perform daily living activities.
* Conduct therapeutic treatments as directed, ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulations.
* Monitor patient progress, document changes in their condition, and communicate with supervising therapists regarding treatment outcomes.
* Educate patients and their families about occupational therapy techniques and exercises to support recovery.
* Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly.
Qualifications:
* ** Licensure:
** Must be a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant with a valid license to practice in California.

* Experience:
** Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is preferred.
