We are seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Consultant to work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, providing specialized, school‑based therapy to K‑12 students with special needs. Opportunities are available in full‑time, part‑time, and per‑diem capacities.

Responsibilities- Implement therapeutic activities to help students with sensory processing, fine and gross motor skills, and daily living activities.
- Provide training to school staff and parents on how to incorporate therapy goals into daily routines.
- Document student progress by maintaining detailed records of therapy sessions for IEP reports.
- Collaborate with other professionals by participating in IEP meetings to support students.
- Travel to Pasadena, CA, for corporate meetings and training.
- Reimburse travel time, mileage, and approved expenses per company policy; the company will provide all necessary resources and laptops.
- State Board Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant License.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Completed satisfactory Live Scan background screening and TB clearance.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time‑management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software.
