Must have afternoon availability for at least 3 weekdays of 3:30‑7:00 pm.

- Complete training and skill competency before working independently.
- Deliver 1:1 behavior therapy (minimum 2‑hour sessions) using ABA principles.
- Support children with autism in their homes, schools, or community settings.
- Follow and implement clinical programs created by our Clinical Team.
- Collect data accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate clearly with team members, office staff, and families.
- Handle basic administrative tasks like scheduling, timesheets, and responding to messages.
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Enjoy teaching and playing with kids.
- Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Strong time‑management and communication skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.
- Must be punctual and responsive.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 20 lbs and perform physical activities such as kneeling, bending, standing, walking, and playing with children.
- Hourly Pay: $23–$31 (DOE & education)
- Sign‑on bonus: $400 for currently certified RBTs, $150 for BTs.
- Company‑issued tablet.

- Required hours: at least 15 hours per week. Additional hours may be assigned based on client availability and schedules.
- Work locations:
Monday through Sunday, 8:00 am–8:30 pm. Availability needed on weekdays plus willingness to work weekends as required.
