Occupational Therapist (OT) – Tue–Sat or Sun–Thu Schedule.

Fremont, CA. Shift: Day Shift. We’re seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team in Fremont, California. If you're committed to helping patients regain independence and improve their daily lives, this role is for you.

• Active California OT license
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current BLS certification
• At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans
• Work one-on-one with patients to restore mobility and function
• Document patient progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, and other team members to ensure high-quality care
