- Manage all aspects of the finance & accounting functions (Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Business Analysis) of the companies within US site.
- Well communicate with headquarter(Taipei) management team and compliant with headquarter requirements and guidelines
- Develop and execute short and long-term strategic financial objectives
- Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
- Produce monthly financial reports providing financial commentary and variance analysis
- Manage and develop financial planning and analysis
- Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions and local statutory/tax/regulatory compliance and filings.
- Planning, preparing, reviewing and controlling of annual budget
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CFA /CPA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in a manager level finance/accounting role and US working experience preferred.
- Significant US GAAP or IFRS knowledge
- Comprehensive understanding of local tax regulations
- Strong leadership, decision making and communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred to facilitate seamless cross-border communication with the parent company in Taiwan.
- Experience collaborating with international headquarters or overseas teams is a strong plus.
