Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.

• Over 10 years of experience, includingportuni 5+ years of overseas financing experience with listed companies and 2‑3 major project financing cases.

• Hands‑on leadership of major financing deals—debt and equity—for publicly listed or multinational companies.

• Proven track record with U.S.‑based equity raises (Series B–D, IPO, or secondary offerings) and a documented investor network.

• Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis skills, able to translateelseif strategy into actionable growth.

• Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills with investors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
