Operation Finance Controller

• Act as a key business partner to the operation director and operations staff, contributing to process improvement and execution
• Support the setting up, monitoring, managing and follow‑up actions for global operation KPI objectives, finance bowling and saving projects
• Drive continuous improvement in the financial operations and FP&A for plants located in the US and Austria
• Analyze and report on manufacturing efficiency variances, providing insights and recommending corrective actions
• Ensure a robust system of internal controls is in place for inventory and maintain SOX compliance

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting field with 5+ years of experience OR Master’s degree in field with 3+ years experience OR Doctoral degree in field with 0+ years experience
• Practical experience in costing, financial planning, reporting and control
• Ability to work with high self‑motivation, be sensitive to numbers and the capacity to work in a changeable and stressful environment
• Well‑developed interpersonal skills and good communication skills. Strong business partnering and teamwork mindset

• Ability to travel – Less than 10%

• CPA certificates would be a plus
• Oracle and HFM experience preferred
• Manufacturing finance and costing related experience is preferred

The annual salary range for this role is $103,500 – $160,000 USD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
