MRAM Product Development Engineer Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated MRAM Product Development Engineer to join our innovative design and test team. In this role, you will support and enhance STT‑MRAM product process flows while partnering closely with cross‑functional teams and external foundry partners. Your work will drive new product introduction, process optimization, and yield improvement across the full development lifecycle.

• Analyze data from MRAM process steps and electrical test results at both wafer and packaged‑chip levels
• Propose design and process experiments based on data‑driven insights
• Collaborate with foundry partners to drive continuous process improvements and maximize yield
• Troubleshoot and debug process drifts, identifying root causes and corrective actions
• Support new product introduction activities and general engineering tasks as assigned
• Contribute to documentation, reporting, and cross‑team communication to ensure smooth development flow

• Recent, relevant experience in magnetic or spintronics devices, with strong understanding of underlying physics
• General knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, including lithography, deposition (metal/dielectric), metrology, etch/patterning, annealing, and metallization
• Familiarity with circuit design is a plus
• Strong programming and data‑analysis skills; proficiency in C and Python
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly motivated self‑starter with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Proven track record of achievement in academic or industry environments

M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Applied Physics, or a related field
