We are representing a well‑established mechanical contractor seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Project Engineer to support the execution of HVAC, plumbing, and piping projects across commercial, institutional, and industrial sectors. As a Project Engineer, you'll provide critical support to ensure that field operations and project documentation are running smoothly, accurately, and efficiently.

• Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project administration and coordination
• Prepare, track, and manage RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings
• Coordinate material procurement and manage lead times
• Maintain and update project schedules in coordination with field teams
• Support change order documentation, pricing, and tracking
• Help monitor job cost reports, billing, and pay applications
• Organize and maintain all project documentation within Procore or similar platforms
• Attend coordination meetings and assist in generating weekly lookaheads
• Collaborate with field teams and subcontractors to resolve construction issues
• Assist with project closeout documentation including O&M manuals and as‑builts

• 2+ years of experience in mechanical construction (HVAC, plumbing, or piping preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred
• Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, Excel, and construction document workflows
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specs, and shop drawings
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a structured project team
