Program Manager

SMTC Corporation was founded in 1985. SMTC is a mid-size provider of end-to-end electronics manufacturing services (EMS) including PCBA production, systems integration and comprehensive testing services, enclosure fabrication, as well as product design, sustaining engineering and supply chain management services. SMTC has facilities in the United States, Mexico, China and Canada. The Sr. Program Manager leads the tactical interface between the customer and various SMTC functional areas. This position is responsible for leading the Customer Focus Team (CFT) and managing the day-to-day customer relationship. In essence, be the "voice of SMTC" to the customer and the "voice of the customer" to SMTC.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required for this position.
• Experience of 6 years is required for this position, assuming education requirements are met. Equivalent industry experience is highly desirable.
