- Lead sourcing efforts for new product development, from prototype to full-scale production.
- Act as the commercial arm in supplier negotiations
, supporting SOWs and joint agreements. - Work with design engineers to select and onboard strategic suppliers
, ensuring technical, cost, and quality alignment. - Manage relationships with materials teams, engineers, and external partners to optimize sourcing strategies.
- Navigate complex supply chain dynamics, balancing category management and engineering priorities
. - Influence early-stage product lifecycle decisions and mitigate sourcing risks.

Engineering degree preferred (or equivalent technical experience). - 🔹 8+ years of sourcing experience in semiconductor, aerospace, or related high-tech industries.
- 🔹 Proven experience in complex electromechanical system sourcing & supplier development
. - 🔹 Strong understanding of program management, product development, and supply chain strategy
. - 🔹 Ability to operate in ambiguity
, influence stakeholders, and drive cross‑functional collaboration. - 🔹 Background in optics, imaging, or advanced materials is a plus.
