Technician

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Technician responsible for final testing, validation, and troubleshooting of electromechanical equipment prior to release from the assembly line. This role focuses on ensuring product quality, functionality, and compliance through electrical testing, diagnostics, and documentation refinement. The ideal candidate will have strong problem‑solving skills, hands‑on testing experience, and the ability to interpret technical schematics in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electromechanical equipment issues prior to shipment
  • Perform electrical testing including voltage, resistance, continuity, and isolation testing on sensitive equipment
  • Execute scripts and queries using command line interfaces for system validation
  • Interpret functional schematics, wiring diagrams, and circuit diagrams
  • Analyze CAN network data for system diagnostics and performance verification
  • Maintain and update test procedures, troubleshooting guides, and documentation
  • Identify, document, and report known and newly discovered issues with high attention to detail
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve testing and quality issues
  • Ensure equipment meets quality, safety, and functional requirements before release
Required Skills
  • 2+ years of hands‑on experience working with electromechanical systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and issue triaging capabilities
  • Experience performing electrical measurements and diagnostics
  • Proficiency using hand tools and electrical test equipment (multimeters, isolation testers, etc.)
  • Experience with CAN bus tools and data logging systems
  • Familiarity with command line interfaces for executing scripts and queries
  • Ability to read and understand technical schematics and diagrams
  • High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Education

Diploma, Associate’s Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

Equivalent combination of relevant technical education and practical electromechanical experience will be considered.
