A leading optical technology company in California is seeking an Advanced Quality Manager to ensure design integrity and manufacturing quality of new optical products. The role involves developing quality systems, performing predictive analysis, and guiding product teams to apply quality planning throughout product development. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline, over 5 years of relevant experience within optical products, and be fluent in Mandarin.

A competitive salary between $125,000 - $140,000 per year will be offered, along with a range of benefits.
