Campus Dean – BSN Program

Job Description

We are looking for a Campus Dean, BSN Program to join our team.

This position will be responsible for the site supervision, development, planning, coordination, organization, implementation and evaluation of the nursing program activities.

• Plans, manages, and evaluates program operations.
• Ensures supplies / equipment meet program goals.
• Prepares data for state / Board requirements.
• Maintains student / faculty records with HR.
• Develops program policies / procedures.
• Oversees admissions and orientation.
• Serves as community / college liaison.
• Manages clinical site partnerships and evaluations.
• Ensures clinical rotation approvals and evaluations.
• Recruits, hires, and orients nursing faculty.
• Advocates for and markets programs.
• Monitors instruction quality and strategic planning.
• Supports student advising and academic success.
• Conducts Nursing Advisory Committee meetings.

• MSN or DNP required.
• Current RN license in campus state (or obtainable).
• 2+ years teaching in college in nursing programs.
• 2+ years RN direct patient care experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Collaborative leadership style.
• Proficient in computer-based resources.

• Annual Salary: $135,000 - $150,000 USD
