Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group (PAFMG) is seeking a full‑time, BC/BE Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician to join our well-established Interventional Spine practice in Fremont, CA.

This position offers a highly supportive clinical environment, strong internal referrals, and a clear, physician‑led path to shareholder status within one of the most respected multi‑specialty groups in the region.

• Fully established Interventional Spine practice with extensive internal referral network
• State‑of‑the‑art outpatient medical center with collaborative ancillary support
• Sutter Health–affiliated ambulatory surgery center located conveniently on campus
• Full‑time = 35 patient contact hours per week

• Board‑certified or board‑eligible in PM&R
• Fellowship in Interventional Spine or Pain Management preferred

• Two‑year guaranteed salary with production bonus
• Shareholder eligibility after two years
