• Lead workforce planning and field operations across assigned regions
• Coordinate with Project Managers on scheduling, materials, and project milestones
• Enforce union contract rules related to recalls, layoffs, and compliance
• Conduct regular site visits (daily, bi-weekly, or monthly based on project location)
• Drive safety standards, deliver toolbox talks, and support zero-incident goals
• Track project data, timecards, test results, and "as-built" documentation
• Mentor Leads and support career growth through NLT's field progression program
• Partner with Direct Line University to enhance and improve training programs
• Build strong client relationships and maintain professionalism on every jobsite

• 10+ years of experience in low voltage or construction leadership roles
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, estimates, and project build scopes
• OSHA 30 Certification (required)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
  AutoCAD experience is a plus
• Proven ability to lead teams, motivate technicians, and manage multiple active job sites
• Willingness to travel extensively for site visits
• Exceptional communication, time management, and conflict resolution skills
