• Assist Project Manager with bid proposals, plan reviews, and estimating software data entry to support accurate project budgeting
• Manage project schedules from pre-construction through completion, coordinating with customers, municipalities, vendors, and field teams
• Obtain permits, prepare traffic control plans, and schedule materials, subcontractors, and equipment to keep projects on track
• Maintain daily project documentation including field logs, photos, production reports, and timely processing of payroll and billing records
• Monitor and enforce safety compliance in the field, reporting personnel issues and ensuring adherence to company policies
• Participate in monthly revenue updates and provide regular jobsite oversight by collaborating closely with the Superintendent and Foreman
• Update as-built drawings and maintain accurate, up-to-date project files

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Solid math skills, ability to interpret construction plans, and manage multiple priorities efficiently

• Ability to work in various conditions including confined spaces, uneven terrain, and variable weather while wearing PPE
• Capable of lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally, operating ladders, scaffolds, and company vehicles safely
