Purchasing Buyer

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Buyer

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with Non Profits like Goodwill, Salvation Army, etc., ensuring their needs are met while driving business growth. This role requires a blend of good written and spoken English, purchasing acumen, and exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with vendors. The candidate will communicate with accounts and logistics departments.

• Cultivate and manage relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Contact new vendors through emails and warm‑calling techniques.
• Visit the vendors periodically to strengthen the relationship.
• Collaborate with the CEO and consultant to develop strategies that enhance client engagement and increase volume.
• Lead negotiations with clients to secure purchase contracts and agreements that align with company goals.
• Conduct regular analysis of market trends to inform business development strategies.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

• Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in closing deals.
• Experience in business development, particularly in sales or related fields.
• Proficiency in B2B sales techniques, including warm‑calling and account management.
• Familiarity with CRM tools for managing client relationships effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with clients at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and client needs accurately.
