• Screen resumes and applications
• Interview applicants
• Counsel employees on work‑related problems
• Conduct termination interviews and provide feedback to management
• Support the company’s diversity initiatives
• Conduct research and analyze data on assignment projects
• Assist in the formulation of compensation objectives, manpower goals, performance management, personnel policies and procedures
