BI Analyst — Hybrid position in Fremont

• Document dataset requirements for analysis to address issues encountered in the day-to-day operations for HYVE business.
• Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences.
• Construct forecasts, recommendations, and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge.
• Create specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements.
• May provide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues.
• May directly produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools.
• This is a general role in which employees work with multiple types of business data.
• Help to oversee end-to-end execution of manufacturing projects on managing data-driven projects that support operations and manufacturing performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to facilitate communication between multiple teams to smooth and speed up the project.

• BA/BS degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic understanding of data analysis and modeling tools.
• Basic math, finance and business administration skills.
• Proficient in utilizing MS Excel to complete complex tasks.
• Basic experience in working with MS Power BI reports.
• Visual Design or User Experience Design experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with SQL and Access is a plus.
• Proven experience in computer manufacturing, computer components, or electronics industries.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding reporting governance, KPI frameworks, or operational analytics.
• Basic AI concepts to improve working and reporting efficiency.
• Demonstrated analytical skills including the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw conclusions, and make recommendations.

Salary Range: 67-83K.
