• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Community Development Activities and support CRA exam qualification
• Analyze market trends and prepare client presentations to identify new business opportunities
• Develop and maintain reporting for community development services and track performance metrics
• Coordinate examination documentation and respond to examiner inquiries
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance business development strategies

• Strong attention to detail with a minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field
• In-depth verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of the Community Reinvestment Act and community development activities
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power
  
  BI, Tableau, and Salesforce is preferred

• Experience in relationship management support and data-driven decision-making
• Familiarity with risk, compliance, and audit practices
• Ability to work independently on complex tasks and demonstrate strong collaboration skills
