Nextpower is seeking a
** Supply Chain Compliance Analyst
** who will play a pivotal role in ensuring we meet or exceed our customers' requirements and deliver on Nextpower's commitments every time, on time.

This role will be based in Fremont, CA, reporting to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Compliance.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do…
* Oversee the entire certification process, including sending and tracking vendor certifications, maintaining records, and preparing customer certificates.
* Ensure all contractual certification and documentation requirements are met and manage the certification tracking dashboard.
* Collaborate with cross-functional departments and external auditors to ensure seamless compliance with Supply Chain requirements.
* Review exception reports and resolve out-of-compliance projects.
* Work with suppliers to assemble project traceability document packages.

Here is some of what you’ll need (required)…
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration or supply chain is preferred.
* 0-1 years’ experience in Supply chain.
* Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
* Ability to produce reports and analyses from large data set. Knowledge of SQL, Power Query, DAX, or other query programming languages to perform analyses is preferred.
