Stephen Gould offers a Sales career (not just a job) with un-matched compensation opportunity and a business model that allows you to be your own boss while being supported by Stephen Gould's brand, internal resources, and teams. To help you get started, Stephen Gould offers a unique sales program:

• Detailed program to learn the business including Stephen Gould's 5 Principles that drive their fantastic people centered culture. Stephen Gould - 5 Principals
• You will have the opportunity to engage with current clients and independently pursue new business development as you grow your book of business, leveraging Stephen Gould's full lifecycle solutions.
• You will be aligned with a senior sales leader as your mentor and work closely with the sales support team including designers, project managers, and account coordinators on vendor communication, timetables deliverables, production status etc.
• Your first 2 years are salaried while you build your individual business and master the product knowledge needed for long term success. Once you are ready, you will transition to a best in the industry, uncapped commission structure. You also continue to earn incentives while on salary, which will be paid out as soon as you transition to the full commission structure.
