Accountant, Accounts Receivable​/ Collections, Financial Reporting

We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our client's Accounting team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is responsible for preparing and posting customer invoices and payments, maintaining and reconciling accounts receivable and related general ledger accounts, assisting with collections, and resolving billing discrepancies. The Staff Accountant will support month-end close activities, prepare journal entries and reports, assist with accounts payable, 1099 reporting, inventory and fixed asset reconciliations, and help maintain sales tax compliance using Avalara.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems, able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and take initiative while working on-site as part of a collaborative accounting team.
