The receiving clerks perform multiple clerical functions and support the receiving office; to schedule delivery appointments and backhauls; perform data entry into receiving system: perform inventory adjustments (corrections): match packing documents and purchase orders to verify totals. This is just a general overview of their job duties. You may be asked to assist in other ways too, depending on the needs of your distribution center.
