As our full-time or part-time 3rd Shift Residential Counselor, your day begins with ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents during the overnight hours. With your compassionate approach, you assist them with nighttime routines, creating a nurturing environment where they can thrive. You respond to challenges with professionalism and care, documenting each interaction with meticulous detail. Collaborating with your fellow team members, you help our residents achieve their fullest potential in every aspect of their lives—whether it’s personal hygiene, cooking, making friends, or enjoying recreational activities.

The schedule is Sunday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Saturday for full-time candidates.

• 18+ years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Capable of remaining awake during an overnight shift to ensure the safety and well-being of residents
• Able to work holidays and weekend shifts as required
• Able to perform activities of daily living
• Able to perform physical interventions as necessary to provide the safest environment for our residents
• A mandatory 1 week of training is required with a schedule of Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

1 year of caregiving experience is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is also a bonus.
