Security Officer - Flex Gate Driver

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients at a chemical and/or petrochemical location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Control access at gates and/or entry points by verifying identification, issuing temporary credentials, managing visitor logs, and directing authorized personnel and deliveries to the proper areas;
Screen and/or inspect vehicles, packages, and materials as required by site policy, documenting exceptions and escalating concerns through the chain of command;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including dispatching support, completing incident reports, and coordinating with onsite contacts and/or first responders as directed;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production-adjacent areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and to identify hazards and/or irregular conditions, reporting findings per post orders
