Security Officer - Flex Access Control Driver

Allied Universal - Up to $15.50/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.;
Control entry and exit at gates and/or checkpoints by verifying identification, checking authorization lists, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining entry logs in accordance with site requirements.;
Perform vehicle and/or package screening as required, including verifying shipping and receiving documentation, directing traffic flow, and reporting irregularities to the appropriate contacts.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications, documenting observations, and assisting with site response procedures.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, adjacent areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and to identify security-related concerns for reporting and follow-up.
