Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Operate the dispatch post by monitoring radios, phones, alarms, and/or video systems; prioritize incoming calls for service and route information to the appropriate responders.;
Dispatch roving personnel to areas of concern, coordinate response to alarms, hazards, and operational disruptions, and provide clear updates to site leadership as situations evolve.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, gathering key details and relaying accurate information to responders and site contacts.;
Maintain accurate dispatch logs and incident documentation, including times, locations, parties involved, and actions taken, in accordance with site requirements.
