LABORATORY TECHNICIAN
12‑hour shifts. 4 On / 4 Off. Shift hours either 5 AM – 5 PM or 8 AM – 8 PM, which varies each set. (LAB EXPERIENCE NEEDED)
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Perform routine and non‑routine laboratory analyses on raw materials, in‑process samples, and final products using standardized methods and instrumentation.
- Release product in SAP, generating Certificates of Analysis (COAs).
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of test results in compliance with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
- Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance and data reliability.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to uphold product quality and process consistency.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to laboratory operations, safety, and data integrity.
- Assist in operation and testing required for new product development and plant trials.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Over 1 year of laboratory experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.
- High standards of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail; highly organized, flexible, and able to adapt to priority changes on a regular basis.
- Good mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with laboratory instrumentation such as titrators, GCs, HPLCs, and TOCs.

This position requires a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a safe, efficient manner.
