Lead Floor Care Technician (Multi‑Site Driving) – Freeport, TX

Compensation: $15.00/hour

Shift: Monday to Friday and some weekends as needed.

Hours:

4:00 pm to 12:30 pm. Full‑time, 40 hours a week.

• Must be 18 years old
• Must have work authorization
• Must have an active driver’s license
• Must pass multiple safety tests
• Must be able to drive to all the sites
• Must be able to cover shifts and support staff when needed
• A pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check are required.

• Perform scheduled floor care and preparation: scrub, buff, strip, refinish, wax, or seal as well as carpet cleaning using appropriate equipment and chemicals.
• Operate and maintain all floor cleaning/finishing equipment including floor buffers, water extraction machines, and carpet cleaning equipment.
• Follow all safety and personnel rules and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
