This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bench Sales Recruiter based in Freeport, TX. The primary responsibilities include managing and marketing IT consultants on the bench, building relationships with clients and vendors, sourcing and identifying potential candidates, negotiating offers, and tracking placement data. The recruiter will collaborate with the sales and recruiting teams to maximize placement opportunities while adhering to company standards and timelines.

• Strong experience in IT Bench Sales, acquiring suitable job opportunities and marketing consultants.
• Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and identifying potential candidates for IT opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain client and vendor relationships.
• Ability to work on-site in Freeport, TX, with knowledge of the local job market being a plus.
• Organizational skills to track and manage placement data effectively while meeting deadlines.
• Previous experience with recruiting platforms, applicant tracking systems, or CRM software is an advantage.
• Experience in the IT industry or knowledge of technical roles is highly desirable.
