Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered New York State RN, LPN or CNA license/certification
• BSN (for RN applicants)
• Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing or of a nursing vocational or nursing technical school (for LPN applicants)
• Graduate of a nurse aide training program (for CNA applicants)
• BLS Certification through American Heart Association
• Specialized certifications as needed according to specialty
• COVID-19 Vaccination
• Minimum 1 year experience as an RN, LPN or CNA preferred
