No patient assignment - CNAs: 2 (acuity-based staffing)
- Telemetry:
Yes - Monitor tech oversees central telemetry
- RNs sign off on strips
- BLS
- ACLS
- NIHSS
- Phlebotomy (preferred)
- Minimum 2+ years recent experience
- Post-cath recovery (femoral & radial) highly preferred
- Stroke care experience highly preferred
- Must have drip experience
- Meditech experience a plus
- Stroke
- CHF
- ACS
- CAD
- Post–heart cath patients
- Arrhythmias
- RN titration required:

Cardizem, Amiodarone, Dopamine - Titrated:

- BiPAP
- High Flow Oxygen
- 12-hour shifts:
- Days: 0700–1930
- Nights: 1900–0730
- Scheduled based on greatest unit need
- Every other weekend required
- Holiday rotation required
- No call for agency staff (core staff required to take call)
- Required to float to ICU, Med-Surg, or ER (within scope)
- May care for ER boarders
- 2 shifts (12 hours each)
