ICU RN – 12H Nights
Shift & Schedule- 12H Nights: 7p–7a (1900–0730)
- Every other weekend
- No call or standby for agency (yes for core staff)
- Department: ICU

Patient Ratio: 1:2–3 (some lower acuity) - Care Setting:
Acute
- IL license required to submit
- Required:
ACLS, BLS, NIHSS - BSN
Required:

- Sepsis
- General Medical
- General Surgical
- Stroke (TNK)
- DKA
- PNA
- ETOH withdrawal
- Post cath recovery (radial/femoral sites)
Unit Capabilities / Limits
- No CVOR
- No CRRT
- No abdominal surgical
- Balloon pump (rare) – core staff would take
- 2+ years ICU required
- Highly prefer previous travel
- Code Blue Command RN experience a plus
- Phlebotomy a plus
- ICU RNs expected to run codes
- Primary care nursing model
- RNs required to titrate drips:
Yes - Some medication mixing required
- Required to float to:
Med Surg, Tele, ER - Full patient load when floating
