PDS Tech Commercial is hiring a dedicated Machine Operator to support the production of high-quality electrical safety products. If you’re mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

As a Machine Operator, you’ll be responsible for operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting injection and compression machines. Your work will directly contribute to the production of critical components used across global industries. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency on the production floor.

• Monitor machinery to ensure smooth and consistent production
• Operate injection and compression machines for electrical safety products
• Perform visual inspections and hand-trim parts to meet quality standards
• Use measurement tools to verify product specifications
• Troubleshoot machine issues and assist with routine maintenance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve safety and efficiency
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

You Must Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong technical skills and ability to operate machinery
• Ability to lift 30 lbs regularly
• Attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks

• Precision and consistency in your work
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive mindset toward continuous improvement
• Excellent observation and communication skills

Pay Details: $22.50 per hour
