Family Medicine Internal Medicine Obstetrics/Women's Health Podiatry Sports Medicine Orthopedics Wound Care Flexible schedule offering a 4-5 day workweek to support work-life balance Minimal call responsibilities, shared among pediatric, family medicine, and internal medicine providers Strong clinical support with experienced nursing staff, dedicated administrative personnel, and on-site ancillary services including laboratory, imaging, and physical therapy Exceptionally low provider turnover, reflecting a culture where clinicians care for their own community, families, and neighbors

Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical or osteopathic school Board certification in Pediatrics Eligible for or holding an unrestricted Illinois medical license Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required due to delivery attendance Commitment to compassionate, high-quality care in a rural or community-based healthcare setting Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
