Visual Computer Solutions (VCS) is looking for a Development Manager to lead and grow our development team. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with 5–7 years of software development experience who enjoys coaching engineers, driving delivery, and collaborating closely with Product and QA in an on-site environment.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a growing team of software engineers
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery
• Partner with Product and QA to prioritize work and meet business goals
• Ensure code quality, best practices, and engineering standards
• Support performance management, career development, and hiring

• 5–7 years of software development experience
• Prior people management or team leadership experience
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
