* POSITION OVERVIEW:

** Join Back to Nature Home and Garden as
** Crew Member in the Construction department**. The Construction Crew Member supports the installation and maintenance of high-quality landscape projects under the direction of the Foreman and Project Manager.
*
* ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

*** Assist with daily landscape construction and maintenance tasks.
* Install hardscapes, softscapes, and site features according to plans and direction.
* Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and properly.
* Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
* Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
* Communicate effectively with Foreman and teammates.
* Support training and development by learning new skills.
** QUALIFICATIONS
* ** Previous landscape construction experience preferred, but not required
* Willingness to learn and follow direction
* Basic knowledge of tools, materials, and job site safety (or willingness to learn)
* Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
* Experience with Aspire Software is a plus
* Valid driver’s license; CDL or equipment operation experience preferred
* Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Reliable transportation to and from the office
* Prolonged periods standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, and squatting
* Willingness to work in all seasonal and environmental conditions
* Excellent hand-eye coordination
