B2B Outside Sales Representative

As part of the Orkin Commercial sales team, you’ll sell top‑line pest protection services for a brand with more than 125 years of protecting homes and businesses. As an Outside Sales Rep you’ll understand Orkin’s products, recommend solutions to commercial customers, prospect new business, and build trusted relationships.

• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities
• Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity toward customers and coworkers
• Use in‑depth training to recommend the best overall solution for each commercial customer’s needs
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development
• Inspect interior and exterior of commercial properties to identify pest issues and recommend solutions
• Leverage the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized

• No experience required—sales experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the required pesticide license/certification if needed (company paid)
• Ability to work independently in the field and interact with clients

• Estimated first‑year earnings: $70,000 to $120,000 (including base salary plus uncapped commission)

• Use a ladder safely within manufacturer’s weight capacity
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lb.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, and other areas safely
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), sometimes an OSHA‑compliant respirator
• Work in various weather conditions
