The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Strategically, assistant managers are responsible for driving sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service. They oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, and drive efficiency in all store processes. Assistant managers leverage their creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations and product knowledge.

They are also talent leaders, driving everything from recruiting and training to engagement and development. They are expected to show up, bringing their best selves every day. • Drive sales results and deliver best-in-class customer experience.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines and operating efficiencies.
• Update floorset, style recommendations and showcase product knowledge.
• Lead talent management: recruitment, training, engagement and development.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and payroll.
• Supervise store and stockroom operations, ensuring high standards of presentation.
• Provide training and development opportunities for associates.
• Communicate store goals and performance to team members.
• Maintain asset protection and security protocols.

• Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

The starting rate for this position is $22.00 per hour (i.e., the recruiting pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00 per hour). The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
