We are looking for a flexible part‑time Sales Associate to join our Freehold, NJ location. As a Flex Sales Associate you will deliver world‑class customer experiences, surpass sales goals, and continually find innovative ways to engage and attract our fans. Your schedule will be highly flexible, with availability required during peak hours (evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, and new product launches) and the ability to support store operations as needed.

• Demonstrate a results‑oriented selling mindset.
• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Charm and captivate audiences, connecting with people at all levels.
• Be at least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays; manage standing for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.
• Accept a flexible schedule ranging from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
• Support the team by stepping in during high‑traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.

Pay: $15.00–$16.50 per hour, commensurate with experience.
