• Provide a great in-store shopping experience for customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure safety for associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes per company SOP.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce customer wait time.
• Resolve customer service issues promptly or appropriately escalate, communicating all resolutions to Store Management.
• Promote credit and loyalty member programs, encouraging customer participation.
• Perform additional essential functions directed by the supervisor.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant retail experience (minimum 6 months).
• Proficiency in using technology such as iPad and registers.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and non‑business hours.
• Meets physical requirements for the role.

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.

$15.49 – $22.75 per hour.
