• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers. Trains the crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience; ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly check out experience.
• Lead their assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals provided by the District Manager.
• Lead front end operations, ensuring front end merchandising (candy, soda, snacks) are set and meet or exceed brand standards. Ensure front-end equipment is in working order and that associates are trained to include services where applicable.
• Open and close procedures, maintain store cleanliness, recovery, and keep the store ready for customers at all times.
• Perform store manager duties in their absence.
• Partner with the store manager to recruit, train, coach, develop and supervise all crew members.
• Review corporate communications and react accordingly.
• Partner with the store leadership team in merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance including garbage removal, sweeping, bathrooms, and stock room upkeep.

• High School Graduate or equivalent;
  College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively; maintain composure under pressure.
• Flexible schedule; may require day, evening, weekends, overnight shifts and travel as required.

• Operate cash register and manage stock movement; lift up to 25 lbs and reach up to 5-10 feet.
• Ascend/descend ladders to retrieve and stock merchandise; kneel, bend, twist, and stoop as needed.
• Communicate with customers, managers, and coworkers in person or over the phone; exchange accurate information.
• Move across the sales floor to assist customers and retrieve stock.
• Identify and follow merchandise layouts, associate schedules, and standard operating procedures from emails or print.
• Remain in a stationary, upright position for extended periods as required.
