- Find lands, properties, local housing, and villas for sale.
- Negotiate terms and prices for the purchase of properties with landowners and real estate agents.
- Evaluate lands and properties in terms of value, accessbility, location, and environment.
- Assist the buyer and seller with all administrative and notary procedures.
- Negotiate land and property purchase prices and terms with landowners and real estate agents.
- Ensure that real estate projects meet local regulatory and environment standards.
- Competitive salary + great commissions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year experience in the same position.
- Have knowledge on land/villas and certificate regulations
- English and French speaker
- Able to work individually and as a team.
- Able to drive motorbike
- Bali based, expat (visa provided by the company) or Indonesian citizen.
- Negoatiation skills to obtain the best prices and terms for lands/properties/villa purchases.
