We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. Whether you an experienced therapist or a recent graduate, you find mentorship, collaboration, and a purpose-driven environment where your skills truly matter.
What You’ll Do- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for residents with neurological impairments
- Address a range of needs including mobility, strengthening, coordination, balance, pain and contracture management
- Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care
- Document and track progress toward measurable goals in accordance with regulatory standards
- Support and educate residents, families, and caregivers on their plan of care and therapy goals
- Valid Physical Therapy License in the state of NJ
- Current CPR certification
- Passion for working with a neurologically impaired young adult population
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
